Early bird rate until April 4; Ringette PEI players receive free admission
Charlottetown, PEI (March 22, 2019)—Tournament passes for the Credit Union Canadian Ringette Championships are now on sale at all Credit Union locations across PEI during regular operating hours. The tournament pass provides admittance to all 186 games, the opening ceremony, as well as the skills competition, and will be sold for the early bird rate of $100 until Thursday, April 4.
Beginning Friday, April 5, tournament passes will cost $125 and will only be available at ticket counters at each of the host arenas: Bell Aliant Centre (Charlottetown), Credit Union Place (Summerside), APM Centre (Cornwall), and Pownal Sports Centre (Alexandra). During the week of the event, day passes will be available for $20/day for round-robin play and $25/day for championship-round play. Passes for the opening ceremony/skills competition will cost $20. Children under the age of 12 will have free admission.
Thanks to the generosity of Cavendish Farms, all 830 members of Ringette PEI will receive a free tournament pass. This provides a great legacy to Island ringette players by allowing them full access to watch all games and to learn from the best ringette players in Canada.

About the Canadian Ringette Championships
- Hosted in Charlottetown and Summerside from April 7-13
- Six arenas will be used – two at Bell Aliant Centre, two at Credit Union Place, APM Centre, and Pownal Sports Centre
- 45 teams competing in three divisions (U16, U19 and NRL)
- Opening Ceremony and Skills Competition on Sunday, April 7 at Credit Union Place
- Final games on Saturday, April 13 (U16 at Credit Union Place, U19 and NRL at Bell Aliant Centre)
